Zen and the Art of Patch Tuesday

I realize its been a while since I started this thing, but I decided I'd start posting semi-regularly after the patch--which ended up taking a mite longer than anticipated.

Regardless, Tuesday brought the release of 3.1 which included Ulduar, the Argent Tournament and other things that have been well-chronicled on other sites. I thought I'd share with you my Tuesday tradition.

I delete everything in my WoW-->Interface-->Addons folder. I delete my WTF file completely and then I head to Curse for the newest editions of
Healbot, MoveAnything, eTooltip, Gatherer, X-Perl, Livestock, Recount, and Omen. Then I download eTooltip, Macaroon and its Xtras from WowInterface followed by Auctioneer from its site. Finally I head to codeplex for the newst version of Rawr.

I'm sure most people would become very tired with setting up their UI from scratch with every patch. I look at it as a way to fine-tune my UI, balance out my screen, and overall enhance my interaction.

So while everyone is freaking out that bgs and raid servers are crashing all over the place, I'm keybinding each of my characters . . . I'll get to raid soon enough. Hopefully tomorrow!

Introducing

Hey there -- I realize the last thing the internet needs is another WoW blog, but I wanted a forum to discuss all things WoW so here it is.
I have multiple toons on the Garona server.

Check 'em out

Raimo - main, holy pally
Vergina - shadow priest
Scroticula - arcane mage
Phalliticus - enhancement shammy

I apologize for the ridiculously juvenile names . . . I'm not a terribly creative person and my mind is generally in the gutter.
I also have a couple more, but these are the only ones that have moved onto WotLK content.
I raid fairly heavily with my guild T - Th and with friends from a social guild in 10-mans on the weekend.
You can look forward to discussions about addons, theorycraft, strategy and basically anything that strikes my fancy.
